Kadestone Capital Corp is engaged in the acquisition development and management of residential and commercial rental units the development and construction of residential housing units for sale. Property revenues include rental revenue from income-producing properties. In addition it is also engaged in the procurement and sale of building materials within urban centers and high-growth emerging markets in Canada. The Company and its subsidiaries operate in two distinct operating segments: property investment and the sale of building materials. The majority of revenue is earned from the Property investment segment.
