The investment objectives of Middlefield Sustainable Global Dividend ETF formerly Global Dividend Growers Income Fund the Fund are to i provide unitholders with stable monthly cash distributions, and ii enhance long term total return through capital appreciation. The Fund’s investment portfolio through an investment strategy focuses primarily on investing in dividendpaying securities of global issuers, including Canadian and US, which have exhibited dividend growth, have been analyzed by the Advisor as defined below based on environmental, social and governance considerations as a complement to the Advisors fundamental analysis, and which the Advisor believes have competitive advantages.
