Franklin U.S. Large Cap Multifactor Index ETF

Franklin LibertyQT U.S. Equity Index ETF (the Fund) seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible before fees and expenses, the performance of LibertyQ U.S. Large Cap Equity Index-NR (the Index), or any successor thereto. It invests primarily in equity securities of large and mid capitalization US issuers. It invests primarily in equity securities of large and mid capitalization US issuers. In order to achieve its investment objective, the Fund employs a passive or indexing investment approach designed to track, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index.
