The Fund’s investment objectives are to provide unitholders with i stable monthly cash distributions; ii the opportunity for capital appreciation. The Fund lower overall volatility of portfolio returns than would otherwise be experienced by owning securities of global real asset Companies directly. The Fund seeks to achieve the investment objectives by investing directly or indirectly in a diversified portfolio of securities of global real asset Companies which include those companies involved in real estate, utilities or infrastructure sectors, and may, at the Managers discretion include companies that supply services or equipment to, or that make investments in real estate, utilities or infrastructure companies. Such global real asset Companies may be involved in traditional real asset business activities such as ownership and operation of power plants, pipelines, transportation infrastructure, telecommunications networks, commoditiesrelated businesses, or real estate.
