Purpose Credit Opportunities Fund

The ETF seeks to maximize total returns for Unitholders, consisting of both distributions and capital appreciation. The fund invests, directly or indirectly, primarily in debt and equity securities of noninvestment grade rated, publicly traded issuers. The aggregate gross exposure of the fund shall not exceed the limits on the use of leverage described below under Investment Strategies or as otherwise permitted under applicable securities legislation.
