Dynamic Active Global Dividend ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide long-term capital growth. The fund investing primarily in a broadly diversified portfolio of equity securities of businesses located around the world that pay or are expected to pay a dividend or distribution. Exposure to these types of equity securities will be obtained by investing primarily in Dynamic Active Global Dividend Fund, andor by investing directly in them, in securities of one or more investment funds, andor through the use of derivatives. To achieve its objective, the Fund will invest, directly or indirectly, primarily in equity securities from around the world that have current or anticipated dividend policies which are believed to be an indicator of long-term growth potential.
