The Fund seeks to provide income and long-term capital appreciation. The fund investing primarily in equity securities of dividend or distribution paying companies that are located or doing business primarily outside of North America. In seeking to achieve its investment objectives, the Fund invests primarily in dividend or distribution paying equity securities of companies located or doing business primarily outside of North America, without restriction to country, sector or market capitalization. The Fund may also invest in non-dividend or non-distribution paying equity securities.
