First Trust Global Risk Managed Income Index ETF

The NASDAQ Global Risk Managed Income IndexSM seeks to provide exposure to a riskmanaged, globally diversified income portfolio which generates a high yield for the risk taken and consists of liquid, income-bearing ETFs and other exchange traded products across various asset classes. The investment strategy of the First Trust ETF is to invest in and hold, directly or indirectly, a proportionate share of the Constituent Securities of the applicable Index, or Other Securities, to seek to replicate the performance of such Index.
