Its investment objective is to maintain a portfolio of securities providing a fixed yield and at the same time offering an opportunity for capital gains. The trust’s principal investments are privately placed, below-investment grade, long-term debt obligations. Its portfolio composition consists of different investments such as in the private and public banks, public and private equities, private and public debts and cash and short-term investments.
