TD Active Preferred Share ETF

The investment objective of TD Active Preferred Share ETF (the Fund) is to earn a high level of income primarily from Canadian listed preferred shares. In seeking to achieve this objective, the Fund invests primarily in Canadian listed preferred shares concentrated in the financial services, utility and energy sectors. The Fund may also invest in common shares, government and corporate bonds and other income-producing securities to add value or reduce risk.
