TD Q Global Multifactor ETF

The investment objective of TD Q Global Multifactor ETF (the Fund) is to seek to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in, or gaining exposure to, equity securities of issuers from around the world. In seeking to achieve this objective, the Fund uses a quantitative multi-variate stock selection strategy to identify a diversified portfolio of stocks combined with an optimized portfolio construction process. A quantitative multi-variate stock selection strategy is the selection of securities based on mathematical or rules-based algorithm and multiple stock characteristics.
