Codere Online is an online gaming and sports betting company. It was originally founded in 2014 as the online casino arm of Spanish casino company, Codere Group. Codere Online went public through a SPAC in December of 2021 and is listed on the NASDAQ (ticker: CDRO). It operates in Europe and Latin America through its mobile application and website. Codere Online has a co-operative relationship with Codere Group (its original parent company). The benefits of this co-operation include in-person payment processing, face-to-face customer service, and access to Codere Group’s retail customer database. Codere Online’s core markets are Spain, Italy, Mexico, Columbia, Panama, and the city of Buenos Aires in Argentina.
