iShares Core Income Balanced ETF Portfolio

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide income and long-term capital growth by investing primarily in one or more exchange-traded funds managed by BlackRock Canada or an affiliate iShares ETFs that provide exposure to fixed income and/or equity securities, net of expenses. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests primarily in one or more iShares ETFs that provide exposure to fixed income or equity securities. To achieve its investment objective the iShares ETFs in which the Fund invests are generally expected to employ indexing strategies that provide exposure to broad-based equity and fixed income markets. The Fund is managed in accordance with a long-term strategic asset allocation of approximately 20% equity exposure and approximately 80% fixed income exposure.
