Vicor Corp manufactures and markets modular power components and complete power systems. The company operates through four segments: BBU, VI Chip, Picor and Corporate, The BBU segment designs, develops, manufactures the DC-DC converters and configurable products. The VI Chip segment designs, develops, manufactures, and markets advanced power component products. The Picor segment designs develop and market integrated circuits for use in a variety of power management and power system applications and the Corporate segment consists of those operations and assets shared by all segments. It derives maximum revenue from the BBU and Picor segment.
