Additional Data To Strengthen NDS Application. NeuroSense announced it will add data from new analyses of the PrimeC Phase 2b PARADIGM trial to its New Drug Submission (NDS) in Canada. These additional analyses strengthen the application, but have moved the NDS submission date from December 2026 to March 2027. We have not expected this to be a financially important market and do not see this delay as significant.
New, Unpublished Analyses Will Be Included. One of the new analyses to be included in the NDS is data on neurofilament light chain (NfL) levels. This structural protein in neurons serves as a biomarker for neuronal damage and death in ALS. PrimeC patients had greater reductions in NfL than placebo patients, correlating with other clinical findings in the trial. We believe these data further support previous findings of slowed disease progression.
