Noble Virtual Conference. SKYX Platforms CEO Leonard Sokolow presented at the Noble Virtual Conference. Highlights included the Deako acquisition, development agreements, and product introductions. Deako Acquisition. Management does expect cost synergies, but the larger piece of the pie, in our view, is the ability to provide an A-to-Z solution across the electronic real estate of homes, buildings, and hotels, where power, control, sensing, and AI intelligence will reside. The combination will put SKYX at the forefront of data sharing in smart home systems, opening multiple high-margin revenue opportunities, in our opinion.
